Cerdos Voladores

Golden color with persistent off-white foam. Noted for its fruity citrus and floral aroma from Simcoe and Mosaic hops. It has a pleasant moderate bitterness that predominates over the malt flavor. It conveys a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel. The finish is dry and the carbonation is moderate. Pairs well with spicy meats, spicy food and fatty cheeses.
