Shipping methods and delivery times

Barcelona Beer Company, through its website www.barcelonabeercompany.com, will only deliver orders in mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please check shipping conditions at  info@barcelonabeercompany.com or through our web contact form. Delivery time is 48 to 72 hours from the date of receipt of the order.

Orders will be shipped directly from barcelonabeercompany.com, through its logistics operators.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the products in your shopping cart.

In the event that there is no responsible for the reception of the package at the indicated delivery address, we will try to deliver the next day by calling the phone you have previously left contact to confirm what time they can deliver the order. The transport agency will keep your package in their warehouses for approximately 7 days before returning it to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time you should contact Barcelona Beer Company Customer Service by writing to us at info@barcelonabeercompany.com or through our contact form on our website. As soon as we receive your notification we will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it in the agreed time.  

The Barcelona Beer Company Gift Cards have a useful life of 24 months from the date of purchase, after that time the money cannot be redeemed. After this period the money will not be returned to the person who made the purchase or to the person who received it.

Returns

If you find any defective product in the order received, you should contact us at info@barcelonabeercompany.com or through our contact form on the web.

You may return the goods to us as long as you communicate your intention within a maximum period of three days after receiving the order and as long as you keep the packaging.

Provided that the return is due to product defects, info@barcelonabeercompany.com assumes the return shipping costs. You will be able to replace it or replace it with other items of your choice.

If the reasons for return are beyond the control of Barcelona Beer Company, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition and in its original unopened packaging but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging unopened and in perfect condition. The expenses caused by the return will NOT be paid by Barcelona Beer Company.

Once the purchase of the Barcelona Beer Company gift card has been made, no refunds/refunds will be accepted for any reason, neither to the purchaser of the Barcelona Beer Company gift card, nor to the person receiving the Barcelona Beer Company gift card.
